Form CT600 which must be signed by an authorised signatory; director, company secretary, or authorised tax representative. The Company accounts, known as statutory accounts.

What kind of tax return do I need for a LLC?
An LLC that is treated as a partnership by the IRS must still file an information return using Form 1065 even if it made no income. An LLC that is treated as a corporation by the IRS must still file an income tax return using Form 1120, unless they are exempt under section 501.
